SUBMISSION ELIGIBILITY

Any 2018 New West Artists member in good standing.

THEME

Themes vary at each show and will be announced.
Size and number of pieces varies.

COST OF SUBMISSION

Fee per artist varies per show and will be announced

SIGN UP DEADLINE

SUBJECT:  SHOW NAME/ARTIST NAME

  • first come, first serve for sign up
  • 20 artists max

Please wait for an email confirmation which will include show dates and details.

Label information (title, artist name, media, size, price) will need to be submitted.  This information is also to be attached to the back of each piece.

DROP OFF REQUIREMENTS

All art must be securely wired at the back and ready to hang.

Art with improper wiring will not be hung.

Art must be properly identified with your label details on the back of the piece.  This could be a business card taped or glued on the back, or a file label stuck on.  At the very least, your name and title must be written on the wooden frame.

Art received later than drop off closing time will not be included in the show.  No exceptions.

If drop off timing does not work for you please arrange with another artist in the show to deliver your piece(s) for you.
