river as muse
art show
Our exhibit entitled river as muse is wide open to the imagination: a reflective and unique interpretation of the Mighty Sto:Lo. The motion and movement of water has transformed and stimulated artists throughout time. How can we not be inspired by its ebb and flow?

The New West Hospice Society will take 30% commission on sales.
ALL WORKS MUST BE READY TO HANG and WIRED WITH D-RINGS
An Artist’s Written Statement must accompany each entry. Use up to 250 words to provide a background for the creation. Your statement will be positioned with each piece to facilitate dialogue even when the artist is not present. Describe the emotions, the ideas and the symbolism, if any. We want to know what the artist is trying to communicate (i.e., Intention). This is a part of life that we may not be used to exploring or presenting in public. Death and dying and grief and loss have been taboo, hushed, and too private.
