Intuitive Healing Art
I am a West Coast Artist and Writer specializing in fluid painting and acrylic pour abstracts. My art is compiled of paintings, resin artwork, and unique gift items inspired by nature and spiritual beauty. I am a self-taught artist who recently discovered my painting passion after my mother passed away in 2016. The painting helped heal my grief and became an outlet of creative expression referred to as intuitive healing arts. I recently wrote a book of this experience called “Journey of an Accidental Artist”. My work has now expanded into brush painting where I am developing my skills painting on various mediums. I also provide instruction on pour painting through workshops and private sessions using intuitive healing art techniques and holistic wellness.
New Westminster has always been my other home where I lived for many years and holds a special place in my heart. It is where I met my husband over 36 years ago! Our amazing two sons were born at the Royal Columbian Hospital where recently I had the privilege to paint wall murals in the stairwell of the hospital with the New West Artists. My art is exhibited and available at local retail stores, holistic spas, yoga studios, artisan markets and galleries.
In addition to painting and writing, I worked as a corporate sales manager for a technology company and have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University. After a successful career in the corporate world, I have retired to pursue a spiritual path of healing and growth filled with art, writing, road trip adventures, mystical exploration and my dogs – Thor and Loki.
I was born in London, England and currently live in Maple Ridge, BC.
