Will was born in Queensland, Australia. After growing up in various parts of South-East Queensland, he moved to New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada in 2003.
Inspired by a variety of artists and photographers, he has dipped his toes in the art world a number of times over the past couple of decades and has had his work featured in several local New Westminster businesses.
